| And since you cannot use webtv for any kind of business directly. I mean since the webtv(msntv) service is only meant for personal use and enjoyment, then you will not be allowed to post any kind of links to business sites or to post offering things for sell or for offering any services for pay. Now if you do have like a buiness site and you have a link to it on your own homepage and you post a link to your own homepage in the group. Then that is ok here and that is the ONLY EXCEPTION HERE. |
| But if you do have a link to a business site on your own homepage, then it maybe best just to have it as a text only link at the very bottom of the page. |

| Also if a thread on the group is starting to get too long and it is further down the group. Then please end it and start a new thread. Then that way the older posts won't get pushed back to the top of the group and the newer posts gets pushed further down in the group to where others might not be able to find them. Also if you are asked to PLEASE end a thread and you keep posting to it. Then you may face the possibility of being banned from the group here. |

Also you will not be allowed to go attacking others here or posting anything that would violate any laws now known or that are passed and become law at a later date. So all I ask here is that you just PLEASE keep it clean and have fun. But if there is any kind of trouble in the group. Then I will have to take some kind of action there. So come on in and post and ask questions and offer help with whatever you can. That is the true sprit of my group here and all of other the help groups out there.
I will also be watching for any flaming and trolling here too. |

| One more thing here. If you need to copy and paste something that you got in a email and you copy the whole email to paste it to my group here. I mean by copying the whole email, you copy all of the headers with the address(es), then PLEASE delete the persons email address and name and just replace them with xxxxxx's to protect their privacy. I say that you need to do this because there are some people that might not want others to know/get their address and/or real name from a newsgroup. And this will be strictly enforced here. NO EXCEPTIONS HERE! If you are caught posting someones address and/or real name from a email that you had got to the group here YOU will receive ONE warning email to let you know what you did and that the next time you will be banned from the group here either by user name or by box until further notice. |

Also another thing if you are the type of person that would pick at every little thing that you see like say for example a link to a business site that someone may have on their own homepage and they post a link to their homepage on the group and the link to the business site is just a text link like at the bottom of their homepage and you want to make a big deal about it then maybe you better not post in my group. You know if are the type of person that would make a mountian out of a mole hill then I would rather you not post in my group here. But if you want help or want to offer help, then PLEASE do post then. But just watch your behavior here. I will be trying to watch very closely for any misbehavior here and if I catch any I will send one warning email to the person and after that you will be banned from the group.
So let's all behave here and act our age. Is that a deal here. That is all I ask. And that is not much to ask for here. I just want my group to be a fun and helpful one here.

And they can apply to the alt.discuss.clubs groups too as well as the other newsgroups out there. 1. Don't use insulting or sexually explicit words. 2.Don't harass or threaten others. 3. And here are the rules for suggesting to have someone banned from my group here.
First you will need to send me a email at: joelok@webtv.net or joetom57@hotmail.com with like "Complaint about user_name and suggest that they be banned from the group" or if just complaint in the subject line if you just have a complaint about something or someone only.
Then if I get a suggestion for someone to be banned from my group here. I will post about it and give the other users of my group here a chance to vote on the issue here and also give the person the time to stand up and defend themselves and to speak up for themselves. That is only a fair thing to do here for the person(s) that may have been accused of something here. And I will strictly enforce this here. NO EXCEPTIONS! And also I as club owner WILL have the FINAL decision on any matters here. NO EXCEPTIONS HERE! Also it could be possible for you to be banned from my club newsgroup for any reason or NO reason at all. But if I was to ban someone here from my group then I will probably send you a warning email letting you know about and how long that the ban would be in place here. So I probably would NOT keep a ban in place here forever and I probably will lift the ban at a later date here. So if you do find that I have banned you here for some reason, just email me at teh address below here and I will let you know why you were ban from my group. And I may lift the ban here. |
